Senior Developer- MCSE, Mcdba, ISS, .NET, SQL- London

SENIOR DEVELOPER- MICROSOFT IIS, .NET MICROSOFT SQL- MCSE MCDBA- REQUIRED FOR A GOVERNMENT ORGANISATION BASED IN LONDON.

This is an exciting 3 MONTH CONTRACT where the successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership to the development team and confident enough to be accountable for the delivery of the teams assigned development projects as well as ensuring that best practice processes are applied and maintained. Looking for someone with extensive experience/ KNOWLEDGE OF APPLICATION TECHNOLOGIES BASED ON MICROSOFT IIS, .NET FRAMEWORK AND MICROSOFT SQL.

The successful candidate will:

Manage a small team of developers, prioritising the teams workload

Assist the Solutions Architect (Applications) in developing, implementing and maturing technical policy, process and documentation

Develop and maintain technical process and methodology documentation

Create and review project documentation throughout the project life cycle from requirements through to service delivery

Work with project stakeholders to ensure the projects meet the requirements across all areas of the project; including, business, security, live services and third party suppliers

Provide technical advice across all environments to a wide range of internal and external customers

Provide assistance to live services to troubleshoot application problems applying appropriate change and project methods.

In order to be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate substantial experience working as a software developer, solution architect or similar. You must also have experience of delivering application solutions and produce best practice technical standards, processes and documentation. Looking for someone with the capability of summarising complicated technical issues and translating them clearly for a business audience.

QUALIFICATIONS- Microsoft Certified Solution Engineer MCSE Microsoft Certified Data Base Analyst MCDBA Microsoft Certified Professional Developer MCPD or Microsoft Certified Solution Developer MCSD Or demonstrable equivalent experience.
