Senior Developer GFS (Global Finance System)

Next Ventures is urgently looking for a Senior Developer:
7 - 10 years experience programming experience in a multi national setting. Fluent English required, as meetings and documentation are done in English. Experience working with distributed and offshore teams. For the following languages: ebs, Oracle Report and Forms, XML Publisher, OA Framework, Java, PL/SQL: Expert knowledge in the listed computer languages.
Expert knowledge of data structures.
Expert knowledge of computer logic and flow-charting.
Expert knowledge of computer program design methods and techniques.
Expert knowledge of all database vendor versions.
Expert knowledge of all compiler versions.

Tasks & duties:
Conduct structured walk throughs and independent reviews in order to ensure effectiveness of the program structure and adherence to standards.
Design an application using required specifications within the defined architecture to meet change request.
Design programs to ensure optimal product availability and performance.
Evaluate reusable applications logic to ensure efficiency and optimal performance in the system.
Determine the impact of a proposed change to an existing system to meet change request.
Apply quality assurance techniques in the development of an application to ensure standards are met. 
Plan for data integrity control methods in the application design process to ensure standards are met.
Apply standards, procedures, and methodologies of the ITICS Finance domain to ensure proper compliance within the defined norms.
