Senior Developer (BI/BW)

Harvey Nash is looking for a Senior Developer (BI/BW) for a 12 month project in Switzerland.

The role is for a candidate who has Datamodelling-, SQL-, BI-, reporting developer skills, while working closely with the users, solution architects and developers of the project team.

You are responsible for

* Customer expectations and user requirements management

* Datamodelling

* documenting a solution in a highly regulated environment

* leading delivery of a solution, within committed timeline and quality

* coordination of offshore development teams

Requirements

* +7 years of experience in the relevant area

* +4 years of experience with Datamodelling experience in DWH appliances, OLTP modelling experience would be an asset

* +4 years of experience and very good knowledge of MS SQL Server

* +4 years of experience with Oracle and experienced in reporting from normalized databases

* +2 years of experience with Crystal Reports

* went through at least 4 full development cycles with SAP BusinessObjects 4.x; experienced in reporting form SAP ERP

* worked as a business analyst or development lead while directly facing a customer

* speaking German is a big plus

* work experience in GxP related environment

* virtual databases know-how (especially JBoss Teiid)

* Project management or lead experience

* Tibco Spotfire development experience
