Senior Developer (BI/BW)

Our client, one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies based in the Basel area, is looking for a Senior Developer with proven experience with Data Modeling in DWH appliances such as with Oracle and Crystal Reports.

This is a contracting role planned to start beginning of April until the end of the year with extension opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer expectations and user requirements management
- Data modelling
- Responsible for documenting a solution in a highly regulated environment
- Leading delivery of a solution, within committed timeline and quality
- Coordination of offshore development teams

Ideal Profile:

- 4 YEARS of EXPERIENCE with DATA MODELLING experience in DWH appliances, OLTP modelling experience would be an asset
- 4 YEARS of EXPERIENCE and very good knowledge of MS SQL SERVER
- 4 YEARS of EXPERIENCE with ORACLE and experienced in reporting from normalized databases
- 2 YEARS of EXPERIENCE with CRYSTAL REPORTS
- Went through AT LEAST 4 FULL DEVELOPMENT CYCLES with SAP BUSINESSOBJECTS 4.X
- Worked as a BUSINESS ANALYST or DEVELOPMENT LEAD while directly facing a customer
- Work experience within a GxP related environment will be a big asset
- Virtual databases know-how (especially JBoss Teiid) is an advantage
- Speaking Polish is a big plus
- Project Management or Lead experience will be a nice to have
- Tibco Spotfire development experience will be appreciate
- Experienced in reporting form SAP ERP is an advantage
