IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Manage the technical Intranet changes
-Release Management (organize and plan new releases, gather and analyze business requirements, scope releases, recommendation to ease processes)
-Liaise with 2nd Level support, organize UATs, take over implementation responsibility
-Change Management activities to ensure adoption of the Intranet solution, including the creation of training materials in G-SLIDES format and videos
-Work with business colleagues to understand the process and needs around the digital registry, elaborate jointly the user requirements and specifications, advise the business regarding best practices for managing such needs
-Work with IT team to find the best solution to the business needs in the digital registry area
-Carry out the implementation
-PMO support in small and mid-size projects under the responsibility of the team
-Hand-over the solution to team in Poland for sustainable operations
-Write down corresponding documentation, test scripts, and charters

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Expert-level knowledge and proven experience as IT Business Analyst in the digital communication solutions area (Intranet, Web publishing, Social Media)
-Expert-level knowledge and proven experience in PMO activities
-Deep SharePoint knowledge
-Change Management experience
-Project Management experience (PM Certificate is a big plus)
-Fluency in English is a must
-Knowledge about Touch Point solutions, including Nintex knowledge and experience
-Experience regarding SCRUM/Agile methodology, ITIL, Lean
