Senior Desktop Support Professional

Yoh currently has a contract opportunity for a SENIOR DESKTOP SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL to join our client in Rochester, New York.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT MANY OF OUR POSITIONS REQUIRE A SECURITY CLEARANCE, OR THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN ONE.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- PC (Dell, HP, Apple MAC, IBM) and printer hardware troubleshooting and repair.
- Assist users with remote connectivity, systems access.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelors Degree is preferred.
- Minimum of five (5+) years of experience.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Windows OS - 2000, XP, MAC OS.
- Desktop support knowledge for current MS Office and general business applications.
- Must be a self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to multitask.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills are imperative.

PREFERRED JOB SKILLS/CERTIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE:

- Microsoft certifications are desired.
