Senior Desktop Support Engineers

Green Light is looking for the experienced Senior Desktop Support Engineers to work for our reputed client.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

-Image laptops and desktops with Standard Operating Environment image using SCCM
-Support multiple SOEs including desktop applications
-Provide 2nd level onsite support for standard software and operating systems to PC, Laptop and Servers
-Investigate, diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults related to end-user devices
-Installation of peripheral network attached assets (eg printers, scanners & switches)
-Perform file backup and restore operations on servers in accordance with client instructions
-Break Fix issues in regards to cabling
-Physical installation of servers into rack units
-Prepare and implement system and security patches
-Pack and unpack the equipment onsite

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

-Hands on experience with Network Operating Systems
-Experience with Desktop Operating System
-Knowledge of LAN/WAN
-PC Hardware / Software experience
