Senior Designer (12-Month Contract)

How do you fancy working client side but within an in house agency? Since 2001, this in house creative agency has played a key role in the creation and delivery of internal and externally facing marketing communications within this financial services organisation, with multiple sub-brands. The in house agency is structured in the same way as any agency and they are based in a purpose built studio area a short distance from the organisation's head office.

We're looking for an inspirational Senior Designer with an outstanding portfolio who knows how to bring out the creative best in their design team.

Reporting to the Agency's Creative Head, the Senior Designer role's a rewarding combination of hands-on design work and providing guidance and creative stimulus to a small team of three designers. You will be responsible for leading and delivering creative, print and digital design solutions across the group brands, so there is plenty variety on offer - you could see your handiwork online, on billboards or in internal reports and accounts.

Our ideal candidate for this Senior Designer role will come with, among other things:

• Significant experience in a design agency, advertising agency or in-house creative function
• Experience line-managing and developing designers
• Strong organisation, communication and client-facing presentation skills
• The ability to lead and deliver creative concepts, demonstrated through a strong portfolio across print, digital, outdoor, advertising and in-branch retail
