For our clients in Austria we are currently looking for:Senior Design Engineer MEMS Microphones (m/f)

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

- Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Professional experience in CMOS analog circuit design
- More than 5 years experience in the field of MEMS microphone ASIC design
- Good organization abilities
- Team player
- Communication skills and proficiency in English
- Experience of relevant computerized design tools (Cadence analog artist/Spectre)
- Experience in lab evaluation and debugging of IC's
- Specification, design and development of integrated analog and mixed-signal MEMS microphone ASICs from initial concept through prototype approval and production ramp up
- Design considerations including considerations for yield, manufacturability and design for test
- Definition of production test requirements
- Detailed design, simulation and verification of integrated circuits
- Creation and patenting of new IP
- Project leadership and cooperation with marketing, process, test, layout and product engineering colleagues
- Technical communication with customer
