Senior Depositary Analyst

DUTIES

Tasks & Responsibilities

Transaction Monitoring- Review and evidence capital, investment and cash transactions to approval stage.

Approve the work of others in the absence of the Team Manager.

Capital Reconciliation - Reconcile and evidence capital statements for each investor in an AIF to approval Stage.

Approve the work of others in the absence of the Team Manager

Investment Reconciliation - Reconcile and evidence investment statements for each investor in an AIF to approval Stage.

Approve the work of others in the absence of the Team Manager

Cash Reconciliation - Reconcile and evidence Capital statements for each investor in an AIF to approval Stage.

Approve the work of others in the absence of the Team Manager

Investment Valuation Review - Support the Compliance Manager to obtain and review evidence in support of the independence and qualification of the investment valuation process.

Investment Ownership Verification - Support the Depositary Team Manager to evidence and review the ownership interest of the AIF in each investment.

Regulatory Reporting - Support the Depositary Team Manager in producing all necessary reporting to the regulatory authority.

Safekeeping - Obtain, enter, retrieve and remove documents to the Capital Tracker Safekeeping system in accordance with the defined process.

Review the work of others in the absence of the Depositary Team Manager

Specific Role Definition:

The Senior Depositary Analyst will ideally possess the following personal qualities:

*A confident manner and the ability to communicate with clients effectively/act as Senior Point of contact for clients.
*A flexible approach to work and good time management skills.
*An ability to work on own initiative and demonstrate leadership and supervisory skills towards less experienced staff.
*An ability to work under pressure to achieve accurate client deliverables.
*Ability to find creative solutions to complex problems and demonstrable experience of tailoring solutions to meet specific requirements.

The Senior Depositary Analyst will demonstrate knowledge of the following disciplines:

*Prior practical depositary or private equity fund administration experience.
*Detailed review of formal documents.
*Systems Literate
*Ability to consist
