For our client, a multinational digital broadcasting company in Munich, we are currently looking for a Senior Delivery Manager, for a permanent employement .

Starting ASAP

Tasks

* Service Delivery management for our clients broadcast product with focus on encryption, authentication and authorization services as well as VoD and metadata delivery

* Ensuring the operation of the relevant system chains (CA, DRM, SI, etc.) with support of external suppliers and by coordinating with internal business units

* Creating and maintaining technical documentations, procedures and processes required for safe operation and incident solution management

* Playing an active role in the 2nd level incident management as an expert and also by coordinating with experts of other impacted teams as well as external suppliers

* Optimisation of new and existing technical solutions with the goal of improving availability, quality and security of products and services offered to our customers

Skills

* Bachelor/Master Degree in computer science or similar educational background with focus in some of the areas system development, application development, system operation, system resp. environment management or broadcast/OTT architecture

* At least 5 years of professional experience in the mentioned areas of IT-based systems covering the bridge between the technical and the process views. Experience in broadcast and/or OTT systems would be ideal

* Very good analytical skills and high capabilities to define technical processes & documents, managing implementation in daily live. Communication and training capabilities in these areas are "key".

* Experience in technical project management or coordinating service suppliers.

* Customer/product oriented way of thinking

* Good English required, German would be a nice to have
