We have an exciting opportunity with our client, for a "Sr. DBA" at Trondheim,Norway. It's an immediate hire and planning to close it ASAP.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Information Systems experience
-
5 + years DBA experience
-
Good knowledge on Oracle Database Architecture Oracle 8i/9i/10g/11g/12g OCP/OCM/RAC
-
Good knowledge on diffent Operating Systems (AIX, Microsoft, SUSE, RHEL,Solaris, HPUX)
-
Good knowledge of Oracle Backup and restoring technologies
-
Good knowledge of Oracle Database Achieving solutions.
-
Should have good database knowledge of CRM, Billing, Mediation, Provisioning & Activation, Middleware products databases
-
Should have worked on 2 to 3 Database High Availability and Replication Technologies eg Oracle RAC, Oracle HA
-
Should have sound knowledge of Database Deployment Architecture for B/OSS and NMS
-
Should have hands-on for RAC Database installation and configuration with different OS Cluster (HACMP, Sun Cluster, SGeRAC, RHSC)
-
Should have strong hands-on for performance tuning of VLDB
-
Should have good hands-on for Design, Implementation, Support & Performance Tuning of Databases
-
Able to work on multiple project with effective team management
-
Should be able to independently resolving different database issues.

Should have sound understanding of PL/SQL concepts
-
Should have hands-on for Database Migration
