Senior Data Warehouse Developer

Our direct Fortune 500 client in the Cleveland, OH area needs FOUR Senior level Data Warehouse Developers for a very large, exciting project! These are long-term contracts. 1 year + likely extensions.

you'll be a part of one of the client's most important programs involving a strategic, large investment in a customer-centric DW project. you'll use Master Data Management tools to make reliable customer information available across the clients large enterprise.

Two main features that are being developed and/or reconfigured are Customer Data Mart (CDM) and Marketing Data Warehouse (MDW).

This is a very sophisticated project in a great work environment!

Required:

Strong Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence skills
Minimum of 6 years data warehouse programming experience
Ability to build/execute ETL/ELT processes and handle scalability issues
Capable of investigating, familiarizing and mastering new data-sets quickly
Creating and tuning complex SQL queries
Procedural programming in SQL Server using Transact-SQL
Data warehouse experience (ie bulk data transfers, writing SP, setting up tables, etc.), SSIS, SQL Server
Strong Stored Procedures/DB background (STAR scheme, normalization, etc.)
Experience in Mainframe (Cobol)
Experience in DB2
Experience in SQL Server/PDW (Parallel Data Warehouse) is preferred
