Rate: 55-65 euro/hour

A major technology provider in Brussels is looking to hire a Senior Data Scientist/Machine Learning Expert/Natural Language Processing Expert for a permanent contract, start immediately.

As part of the team, you are able to process data for machine learning algorithms. Hypothesis formulation and machine learning model creation will help create business value. You will assist in architecture design as a Natural Language Processing Expert; extracting relevant knowledge, and bring the architecture into reality.

Profile:

*Masters in relevant filed (eg. Mathematics, computer science, physics, engineering)
*Experience using the scientific method
*Experience with Natural Language Processing (sentiment analysis is a plus)
*Application of supervised and non-supervised machine learning techniques (clustering, SVM, Random Forests, deep neural networks, Bayesian networks, hidden markov models, collaborative filtering, regression methods)
*Data cleaning/wrangling to reshape data
*Create/train machine learning models
*2+ years of supervised and unsupervised machine learning models on real world applications
*Excellent Python development skills (familiarity with pandas, scikit-learn, numpy, scipy, Jupyter)
*Experience with R development
*Good knowledge of Java or C
*Experience with cloud services is a plus (Google Cloud or Amazon Web Service)
*Hadoop/Mapreduce, Spark, SQL, NoSQL, ElasticSearch is a plus
