Senior Data Migration Consultant

Building on its expertise in High Performance Mixed Signal electronics, they are driving innovation in the automotive, identification and mobile industries, and in application areas including wireless infrastructure, lighting, healthcare, industrial, consumer, tech and computing.

They are looking for a Senior Data Migration Consultant

* Perform and lead data migration functional and technical activities

* Facilitate communication with client subject matter experts and Business Process Experts surrounding data migration activities

* Coordinates and monitors effective knowledge transfer of migration methodologies to client team members

* Identify issues and risks and provide mitigation as needed

* Provide expert functional and technical guidance within respective target area of focus

* Serve as liaison to business area subject matter experts and leads

* Reports status to Data Migration Project Manager of data preparation for the process area

* Responsible for completing the data migration technical design and development efforts of his/her target area

* Participates in data mapping activities

* Participates in preparation and review of data quality findings and creation of action plan

* Mentors and leads junior team members and technical efforts

* Performs conversion development, testing, loading, and reconciliation, and creates execution plan for cutover activities within their target area

* Executes data conversion processes

* Participates with other Process Teams to assist in identifying cross-team issues and activities

* Develops and maintains data construction web applications using Data Stewardship Platform

skills: Excellent SQL knowledge, BOA tooling knowledge and preferably SAP Data Services. > 5 years

skills: The Senior Migration Consultant has highly advanced expertise in one or more data migration process areas, with specific expertise in focused areas such as Pricing, Sales Orders, Bill of Materials, etc. > 5 years

skills: He/she is a business process and data expert with strong hands-on implementation and technical capabilities. This resource is well-versed across data migration toolsets, technologies, and methodologies. > 5 years
