Senior Data Insight Analyst

Our client, a large organisation who are looking for an SENIOR DATA INSIGHT ANALYST to assist them with some key strategic marketing & data initiatives.

We are looking for an individual who has a proven track record of DELIVERING ANALYSIS AND INSIGHT ACROSS CUSTOMER DATA RICH ENVIRONMENTS and is able to operate at both hands on and strategic levels.

There a some high profile initiatives ongoing which need managing and delivering to tight timescales. These include overseeing a customer segmentation project and a CRM/data solution platform, including a Business Intelligence layer for complex analytics.

The main day to day job will require this individual to analyse CRM campaigns and report on their performance and provide strategic insight which will assist in developing future campaigns for various customer segments, driving a more targeted and personalised approach to marketing.

From a data perspective, it is not essential that you are an expert in any specific database or analysis tool, however, if you are proficient with SPSS, then this will be an advantage.
