Senior Contact Centre Advisor
Leeds
3 month contract
£11 per hour - 35 hrs per week

My client is a multinational banking and financial services organisation which is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience, day-in, day-out.

I am currently looking for Senior Contact Centre Advisors to join my client's fast growing Servicing team based in Leeds. In this role you will be responsible for communicating directly with customers, Mortgage Brokers and Branch colleagues to process mortgage applications and payments. You will also be required to provide the most effective and efficient service to customers in order to minimise possible queries or complaints.

I am looking for someone with a background within a contact centre environment who is comfortable handling high volume queries and transactions. A background in Financial Services would be a distinct advantage.
