A top tier bank is looking for a Senior Customer Complaints Handler to work out of any UK Office
.* Please note this is a part time role - 17.5 hours.*
The ideal candidate will have:
SENIOR EXPERIENCE in COMPLAINTS HANDLING with COMMERCIAL LENDING and RESTRUCTURING experience
Excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE experience within BANKING
Experience of managing COMMERCIAL and CORPORATE ACCOUNTS
