Customer Advisor (Senior) wanted for our Freiburg based client in the banking sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- 5+ years of working experience as a customer advisor within banking/commercial industry
- Solid management experience preferably within a small team
- Strong talent for sales and good client contact along with ability to work independently and keen in learning about processes and products
- Practical experience in client follow-up will be of advantage
- Languages: fluent French and German both written and spoken, good written and spoken skills in English
YOUR TASKS:
- Calling and welcoming/receiving customers as well as selling the financial solution during meetings with customers
- Receipting and keeping in order of credit applications according to the defined guidelines
- Following-up of pending customers through telephone and mail
- Establishing financial applications and transmitting them to the payments department
- Managing outbound activities with existing client portfolios
