ROLE: SENIOR CRM FUNCTIONAL ANALYST (DUTCH SPEAKER)
LOCATION: BRUSSELS, BELGIUM
DURATION: 6 MONTHS +

- Technical knowledge of system requirements analysis methods and techniques
- Experience in large projects
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to identify with the world of the end user
- Communicate fluently and knows how to convince others through commitment, assertiveness and accessibility
- Organizational and coordinating insight
- Experience in working closely with different people and different services
- 5+ years of experience as functional analyst
- Customer-oriented
- Affinity with IT & Technical
- Goal and result oriented
- Analytical skills, detail of distinct essence
- Experience in projects with impact on (work) processes
- Independently and simultaneously team player
- Systematic
- Can act quickly and can handle confidential information
- Problem solving with a focus on simplicity and efficiency in the process
- Must be FLUENT IN DUTCH AND ENGLISH. knowledge of French is an asset
