World renowned client, with a site located near the Amsterdam/Utrecht area, needs a talented, flexible and experienced CRA/Junior Study Manager. You will be experienced in the Pharmaceutical sector, with strong clinical study experience - both as a Project Manager, coordinating activities, delivering milestones and leading a team & as a CRA - demonstrating relevant CRA activities too.

This is a great opportunity for a flexible and proactive individual to join a busy, leading client.

In order for the successful Clinical Trial Project Manager to be success they will have:

*Good CRA exposure and ideally Project Management skills overall
*Overall good Clinical Studies/Trial experience
*A can do attitude, hands on and proactive
*Ability to handle a busy/diverse workload
*Passion for details and analysis
*Good personality, communicator, team fit
*Confident, can lead a team, flexible
*Strong character
*Experience and comfortable with translating, understanding and documenting protocols/requirements & potential changes/amendments
*Good R&D knowledge
