Senior CPM

Our client is urgently looking for a Senior CPM to work in Congo, DRC (Kinshasa)

JOB SPEC:

- 10 years experience in Telecoms with at least 7 years as Project Manager
- Ericsson experience is a MUST and French Speaker preferable but not mandatory
- The Experienced CPM shall be responsible for rollout of 2G and 3G
- Must have a good financial understanding, team player and result oriented to deliver efficient performance.
- The candidate must have in mindcustomer first and shall be resilient.
- Strong Communication skills, leadership, planning, team building and execution.
- Experience in managing large rollout end to end
- Knowledgeable in Tx, Power, Civil, Subcontractor Management & contract management
- Knowledge of Props-c is a plus

ROLE/RESPONSIBILITY:

- Responsible for Project Managing a phase of a project with occasional customer interface
- Managing progress and inputs from implementation team by working closely with the implementation manager
- Create WBS and resource scheduling
- Progress tracking
- Sign off as-built BOQ for billing to customer and payment of ASP
- Progress meetings with customer
