We are currently looking to recruit a qualified solicitor or barrister to work within a variety of business areas to provide legel and regulatory advice related to the companies retail banking products.
COMPLIANCE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES;
- Draft legal documentation ie terms and conditions, advice on customer facing literature and communications etc.
- Support the development of new products
- Monitor any changes in legislation and regulation ensuring that the policies, procedures and literature move correctly with changing requirements.
- Anticipate where future legal problems will like arise from.
COMPLIANCE MANAGER SKILLS/EXPERIENCE;
- Be an England and Wales Qualified Solicitor and Barrister 4-10 years PQE
- Have a good understanding of consumer law and experience of legal regulatory framework for retail banking
- Be able to provide advice on key legal and regulatory requirements related to retail banking
