JOB OVERVIEW:

The Sr. Corporate Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and hiring employees for Corporate Headquarters. The ability to develop strong communication channels with internal and external clients is crucial to success in this position. To achieve this, the right individual must provide flawless execution for candidates and internal clients, acting with the greatest amount of professionalism and sense of urgency. This position will recruit all levels of talent, spanning a diverse mix of skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- The entire recruitment cycle including candidate sourcing, requisition management, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Innovative candidate sourcing to produce sustainable talent pipelines
- Maintaining an organized talent pipeline of active and passive candidates for all relevant functional areas at Corporate Headquarters
- Facilitation of the screening and selection process between candidates and hiring teams which includes internal training, as necessary
- Maintaining detailed communication with managers, candidates, and stakeholders to stay apprised of status and general coordination, negotiating and closing offers, and process improvements
- Proactive tracking of progress in our applicant tracking system to exceed OFCCP compliance expectations
- Fulfillment of assigned recruiting responsibilities with a high sense of urgency and through execution of established processes
- Ad hoc talent acquisition related project participation and leadership

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience recruiting highly skilled professionals in a Fortune 500 environment
- Five (5) years of experience with recruiting in an OFCCP compliant environment is required
- A minimum of six (6) years experience using Applicant Tracking Systems to source, track, and measure results
- Must have at least five (5) years experience working as a talent acquisition professional representing the staffing function independently with minimal supervision to hiring managers and executives

PREFERRED JOB SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:

- Highly collaborative with experience working in a multi-disciplinary team to develop sourcing and candidate capture strategies
- Strong candidate sourcing skills using a wide array of techniques
- Excellent organizational and communication (written & verbal) skills
- Strong results orientation and commitment to meeting goals
- Self directed team player, willing to take the initiative and deliver results
- Demonstrated ability to influence decision making and negotiate with high level candidates and customers
- Ability to multi-task and stay on top of many projects
- Must have strong HR knowledge to include benefits, compensation, and performance management
