Senior Contract Manager (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

-Ensure compliance with the GDPR and negotiate variations with suppliers
-Ensure the portfolio of supply contracts in the business follows contract and claim management methodologies in accordance with internal standard procedures
-Develop contract strategy based on company's policies, customer requirements and the overall execution strategy taking into account risk, pricing, scope and schedule
-Identify the contract baseline and highlight areas of potential risk
-Ensure timely and accurate execution of commercial aspects in portfolio of contracts
-Ensure contract parties have fulfilled their contractual obligations and there are no responsibilities outstanding
-Assess success of the contract and document and communicate best practices and deficiencies found as part of the closeout process
-Analyse prime contract terms to highlight areas of potential opportunity and risk - such as ambiguities, omissions and conflicts
-Support drafting of purchase orders, contracts and subcontracts and ensure that relevant (sub-)contracts contain appropriate contract terms to protect company's interest - including flow-down of main contract terms, draft relevant (sub-)contract templates

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Proven experience in the GDPR area
-Proven experience in commercial and contractual matters
-Self-driven and experienced to operate at the strategic, tactical and operational levels
-Strong legal background on the procurement side with comprehension on issues related to commodity risk, foreign exchange risk and tax matters
-Demonstrated success in negotiating multi MUSD supply agreements
-Experience in working within international environment
-Service-minded and with the mind set to support the business
-High level change management and communication skills
-Strong project management and people leadership skills and experience
-Fluency in English, other language skills are an added advantage
