Senior Contract Manager

Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an experienced SENIOR CONTRACT MANAGER to join one of our clients, a highly renowned organization within the industrial digitalization sector. This engagement will be for a period of 6months + and based near Zürich.

DAILY TASKS INCLUDE:

- Develop contract strategy based on the company's policies
- Ensure the portfolio of supply contracts in the business follows contract and claim management methodologies in accordance with internal standard procedures
- Assess success of the contract and document and communicate best practices and deficiencies found as part of the closeout process
- Identify the contract baseline and highlight areas of potential risk
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of commercial aspects in portfolio of contracts
- Ensure in cooperation with Legal/Export Control accurate handling of all export control matters and ensure close review of all contracts and projects
- Support drafting Purchase Orders, Contracts and Subcontracts

PROFILE:

- MASTER'S DEGREE IN LAW, BAR EXAM IS OF COURSE A PLUS
- PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN CONTRACTUAL AND LEGAL MATTERS RELATED TO BUY/SELL MODELS
- STRONG LEGAL BACKGROUND ON THE PROCUREMENT SIDE WITH COMPREHENSION ON ISSUES RELATED TO COMMODITY RISK, FOREIGN EXCHANGE RISK AND TAX MATTERS
- STRONG PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND PEOPLE LEADERSHIP SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- FANTASTIC CHANGE MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- FLUENCY IN ENGLISH IS A MUST
