Account Managers with a strong technological background follow the entire project life cycle and are the single point of contact with the customer. They reflect the needs of the customer by creating the most appropriate contractual terms, assisting them throughout the entire project development.
Finally, the internal management staff is made up of multi-skilled professionals focussing on Back Office services and on managing administrative activities both for customers and the pool of experts.

For an important customer in Utilities sector in Bologna (ITALY) we are looking for an international project a SENIOR CONSULTANT SAP IS-U-WM for 7 months:
SENIOR CONSULTANT SAP IS-U - WM
The role includes the involvement in complex projects for our major customers with the aim of supporting the implementation and development of processes for Work Management and/or Maintenance Plaint on the SAP IS- U in terms of functional analysis, customizing the solution and test .
- It's important to know Italian language.
- Deal with increasing responsibility, of all the project phases: construction of the Business Blueprint, realization of functional and technical analysis, system customization and testing process
- Actively support the integration of SAP IS-U-WM with the other components of the application map
- Run the Knowledge transfer and do the training to the final users.
- Manage, coordinate and form the Junior functional analyst on the projects.
- Interact proactively with the Project Manager of advancement activities, management problems and estimates of the timing of completion.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in projects of implementation of SAP IS- U for customers operating in the Energy & Utilities sector, in particular for the module SAP IS- U - WM Management jobs.
- Ability to analyze and develop specific functionality, report forms and work-flow .
- Knowledge of the main integrations processes Work Management
The research is also aimed at women and men (L.903/77) .
