I am looking to hire a SENIOR CONSULTANT_FRONT ARENA for one of my Client. Please read the below job Specification.
Job Title: Senior Consultant_Front Arena
Location: Zurich, Switzerland
JOB DESCRIPTION:
REQUIREMENTS OF THIRD LEVEL SUPPORT (FRONT ARENA DESK)
-Support ongoing business with training and expert application knowledge
- Maintain existing feeds (c.a. 100 per installation)
- Maintain Windows, Unix and Sybase Servers (Infrastructure)
- Release management
- Regression testing
- Data maintenance (Archiving, Aggregation, etc)
- Incident management
- Analysis of data outputs ie Risk, PnL
KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT
Support knowledge transfer via complete documentation of code and documents in:
-Wiki
- SVN
- JIRA
TASK MANAGEMENT
Task prioritisation is determined by the Stakeholders and tasks are distributed and managed by the responsible project lead.
Task documentation and effort recording is via JIRA
REQUIREMENTS
FUNCTIONAL EXPERTISE
The team requires substantial experience in Equity and Fixed Income products including demonstrable understanding and experience in Risk reporting and P&L analysis. Each team member must be able to interact with Front Office and the Supporting Functions as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in both business and technical topics.
Each team member should have significant experience in one or more items of the following list:
-In depth product knowledge for EQ and FID instruments (exchange and OTC)
- Calculation of P&L figures
- Calculation of Risk figures
- Project experience with Front Office
- Project experience with Operations
- Test management
Technical Expertise
The requirement is of an expert developer plus business analysis skill set. Candidate should have expert knowledge and experience in the SunGard/Front Arena languages and related technologies:
MANDATORY SKILLS
FRONT ARENA SPECIFIC:AEF, ACM, ADFL, ASQL
GENERAL:Python, XSLT, VBA/VB, SQL, Shell Scripting (Windows, Unix), C#, C++
DATAMODELS:FpML
DESIRED SKILLS
