We are looking for a SENIOR CONSULTANT FOR BUSINESS COMMUNICATION (M/F)
freelance/temporary employment for a project in the Zurich region

- Start date: ASAP
- Project duration: 4 MM++
Your Duties:
-Responsible for scope, design and implementation of unified customer communication processes (including a concept for the migration of the current processes to a new platform)
-Provide expertise to scope and design of unified customer communication processes
-Implement new templates for letters, emails and SMS which are then integrated in the business processes
-Manage and maintain existing templates
-Manage and maintain the XML interface towards CRM to get proper data into the templates
-Support Operation Teams in processes creating new templates and maintaining existing templates
-Support interface from document management application towards print shop, DMS, email
Your Qualifications:
-Experience in creating concepts for template migrations
-Profound experience with at least one of these applications: GMC, Doc1 (Pitney Bowes) or ISIS Papyrus
-Very good conceptual and analytical skills with a structured work approach
-Extensive knowledge of business processes with customer communication
-Knowledge of XML
-Fluent language skills in English, German is a plus
-Good relation and cooperation with marketing, print shop, IT CRM development, operations
-Preferably experience in the telecommunication industry
-Good communication skills
-Ability to write comprehensive technical documentation
