One of Hyphens major financial clients based in Norwich is currently looking to recruit a Senior Consultant for an initial 6 month contract. This innovative client is a market leader in their field. *Applications are required from experienced Senior Consultants with claims experience coming from an Insurance or Financial services background*

The main focus of this role will be the delivery of tasks analysis, supporting the design phase of the Claims Target Operating Model, Facilitating workshops, Building future models, Executing future models and then handing back over to the business. The use of LEAN tools to develop and document process.

To qualify for this role candidates will have demonstrable experience of:

-Experience of working on large scale transformation projects
-Experience of working on Claimcenter or equivalent
-Experience in building Target Operating Models and components
-LEAN, TQM or equivalent quality management toolkit knowledge
-Knowledge of claims processes
-Knowledge and experience of process mapping and value chain construction
-Financial services & Insurance background

The successful candidate must be prepared to proceed with Pre Employment Screening if successful with a view to starting at the End of November 2012.
