Senior Consultant/Advisor - HCM and Successfactors

My client is looking for a senior HCM specialist for a 6 month contact based in Melbourne. The role will see you doing the initial scoping and business case for a potential SuccessFactors implementation as well as a Payroll out sourcing project. The role will require an experience specialist within HCM who has also had experience of at least 1 SuccessFactors project or scoping exercise.

The successful candidate will have worked on at least 2 full life cycle implementations within HCM and have experience writing business cases and engaging with senior stakeholders.

The ideal person for this role could come from Senior BA, project management or as a senior consultant background but the successful candidate must have an intimate knowledge of HCM and knowledge of SuccessFactors.
