Senior Compliance Trainer

SENIOR COMPLIANCE TRAINER (POLAND/SWITZERLAND)

MAIN TASKS:

-You will be the trainer for rolling out a Project involving 1000 end-users
-The end-users are global
-Train the appointed trainers
-Implement and teach training skills
-Update the training techniques
-Implement a program for effective remote training
-Investigate current training tools and if necessary update

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Past work experience as a Compliance Trainer
-You have to understand global compliance and be able to work independently
-Past experience in a global environment would be a plus
-The working arena is a regulated environment
-Language skills: fluent English, Polish would be a plus
-Previous Work experience in Poland is nice to have

STARTING DATE: ASAP

DURATION: 4 - 6 MONTH (PLUS POSSIBLE EXTENSION)

LOCATION: KRAKOW (POLAND) AND NEUCHATEL (SWITZERLAND)
