Outsource UK are actively seeking to recruit a Senior Compliance Manager, based at our key financial services client that we are working with as a first tier supplier.

THE JOB:

The successful applicant will take a leading role in oversight of the implementation of the Mortgage Market regulatory changes (MMR).As a Senior Compliance Manager within the 2ND LINE OVERSIGHT you will lead an independent end to end deep dive review on the implementation of the MMR, providing guidance and coaching to a team of compliance professionals who will be working with you.

The successful applicant will be a confident stakeholder manager and have recent and extensive mortgage regulatory expertise.

Responsibilities include:

- Leverage your subject matter expertise, to structure and undertake review of the MMR implementation, focus on key areas of risk, as well as identification of control gaps.
- Representing 2nd line oversight review & challenge 1st line compliance advice to ensure achievement of objectives and outcomes.
- Manage senior stakeholders (including other oversight functions) and peers to ensure buy-in, effective communication and reporting on compliance risk oversight.
