Senior Compliance Manager - 6 Month Interim

An exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced compliance professional working for a boutique, London based financial services firm specialising in investment and mortgage based products working as their Interim Senior Compliance Manager.

As the Senior Compliance Manager you will be largely responsible for maintaining knowledge of regulatory developments, maintaining and developing the compliance monitoring plan and conducting regular monitoring of compliance for all products.

You will have recent experience liaising with official bodies such as the FSA/FCA and OFT and will have extensive compliance knowledge with related regulated mortgage and/or investment products. As the Senior Compliance Manager you will need to provide mandatory training as required and assist the general council on reviewing and signing off on financial promotions. You must have worked in an FSA/FCA regulated retail financial firm within the past 2 years. Holding the relevant compliance qualifications and having exposure working with indirect sales and/or advice channels is also mandatory.
