Senior Compliance Advisor Job

SENIOR COMPLIANCE ADVISOR needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Los Angeles, CA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Strong risk assessment
- Medi-Cal laws
- auditing and monitoring experience

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Must possess a strong understanding of Medi-Cal laws and regulations and other state programs
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects and meet deadlines. Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated analytical skills and delivering training programs and making presentations to staff and providers

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE

- Managed care experience
- Supervisor/management/training
- Strong emphasis on State, Government Compliance/Audit
- 5-7 years in a managed care setting
- Supervisory experience
- 5-7 years in a managed care setting with at least one year working with an MCO's Medicaid product

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Certified Health Care Compliance Professional
- Masters Degree or
- Juris Doctor ABA accredited law school
