SENIOR COMPLIANCE ADVICE CONSULTANT - REGULATORY, COMPLIANCE, FINANCIAL SERVICES

Our client, a financial services organisation, has an urgent requirement for a Senior Compliance Advice Consultant to interpret and implement a new regulatory regime.

The candidate will be working in a team as the SME for the Individual Accountability Regime and will assist with the successful implementation of the regime across the organisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES;

- Provide SME knowledge to advise programmes on how the regulatory standards will apply to them
- Develop regulatory expertise within the division and embed the new compliance regime across the organisation
- Identify and respond to complex issues and assist with the implementation of the regime

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

- Previous experience of advising senior colleagues on compliance issues
- Proven knowledge of compliance methodology
- Strong relationship management experience
- Strong communications skills
- Ability to become an SME in the new accountability regime
- A good background within financial services compliance

Candidates must have a proven compliance background within financial services and must have an industry recognised compliance qualification.
