You will be dealing with complex queries and complaints. You must have experience of working in a fast paced environment and can respond in a timely manner. Professionalism is key, liaising with stakeholders, MP's, government ministers (clients/customers) etc. You will have excellent communication skills, written and verbal. You will have experience in mentoring/training and helping teams out minimum 100 people.
A background in pensions is key as you will have to be an expert on this. A minimum of two years experience in a similar role.
