Our client is looking for a Senior Compensation Consultant to lead the UK branch of their Wealth Management division.
You will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of compensation solutions to align with and support the strategies. You will be working alongside business partners and managers to provide expert advice on all aspects of compensation programs, policies, initiatives and solutions.
With strategic and analytical thinking, consultative skills, and strong technical skills in the design and management of sophisticated compensation programs, this could be the ideal permanent role for you.
