SENIOR C&B ADVISOR is required by a market leading company to join them on a contract basis.

The Senior Compensation & Benefits Advisor/Analyst is accountable for supporting the design and implementation of a comprehensive set of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) offerings across the Group which:

* Reflect the compensation and reward philosophy of the group

* Are competitive within the relevant market

* Meet an appropriate level of cost and risk management for the Company and its employees

* Offer appropriate levels of flexibility to employees

* Are understood and valued by employees

* Drive differentiation of reward on the basis of performance and recognition

* To advise and support HR Strategic Business Partners on Compensation and Benefits policies and process.

* Support the Head of Reward on managing various projects

Essential skills and experience:- n Experience of implementing and managing C&B principles and practices within a large, complex cross Matrix organisation

n Significant level of analytical skills to manipulate large amounts of sometimes complex data, analysing, interpreting and producing recommendations to support higher level decision making

n Disciplined in approach, with a commitment to meeting deadlines

n Broad knowledge and awareness of best practice processes, programs, policies in the field of C&B, preferably including both UK and Ireland

n Strong and confident communicator, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of management in a Matrix organisation, and with general staff audiences
