Senior Compensation Analyst needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Commerce, CA.

TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Must have a Bachelors Degree
- Must have at least Five (5) Years of experience in Compensation in a Managed Care Setting
- Must have working experience in Compensation and HRIS Software.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Responsible for the design, development, implementation and administration of compensation programs
- Responsible for the annual update of the CRD Merit and Performance Online Systems
- Performs job analysis and grading
- Interprets local, state, and federal laws regulating salary practices

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Must have a Bachelors Degree
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
- CCP certification preferred
- Must have at least Five (5) Years of experience in Compensation in a Managed Care Setting
- Must have working experience in Compensation and HRIS Software.
- Knowledgeable of all applicable state, local and federal statutes related to the compensation function
- Knowledge of ADPR report writing
- Conducts compensation audits and labor market surveys
