THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
- Experience five (5) or more years in compensation at a large organization, and a familiarity with creating and administering compensation programs that maximize employee hiring, retention, and satisfaction levels
- Understanding of Compensation & Benefits needs, especially with regard to competitive compensation administration
- Excellent project management, consultative and analytical skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database skills
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Provides compensation support, training and guidance to all client divisions
- Partners with HR Generalists and line managers to solve compensation-related business problems and provide compensation guidance
- Conducts job evaluations and provide salary recommendations
- Support annual compensation review process
- Provide annual compensation program and system training to both HR and line managers
- Manage the local SOX documentation process during the annual compensation cycle to ensure compliance
- Conducts stock valuations and provide buyout guidance to support the offer process
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related
- Five (5) years in compensation at a large organization
- Strong MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database skills
- Excellent project management, consultative and analytical skills
