Je functie: Context Social networks have become important, even in the banking sector. They provide an excellent channel of communication for disseminating relevant content and are
an important source of valuable customer perspectives. This means that we, via its Social Media team, is able to have a dialogue with its target public. In this way we increase the trust that customers and prospects have in the
bank.
The Social Media team has six staff: a Social Campaign Manager, a Brand Content Manager, two Community Managers and a Team Leader. It's part of the External
Communications team in Brand, Communications & Quality (BCQ) department.
They work in a cross-departmental way and bring their expertise to bear for businesses and functions such as: Advertising & Branding, Sponsoring, Retail
Banking, Commercial Banking, Human Resources, Corporate Philanthropy, Hello bank!, etc.
Community Management activities are spread between the Social Media team and the different businesses depending on the ownership of the content (brand versus
business)

Description
- You are responsible for all ongoing content published by BCQ & you ensure that key messages are spread on all BNPPF channels with an

End-to-End perspective (communication plan, develop (or recycle & adapt existing) content to match the channel, publishing, promotion,
conversation, reporting).
- You manage Dutch conversations in all ecosystems on content published by BCQ
- You're responsible for the editorial lines of the ecosystems owned in our department & you challenge the ecosystems owned on the business side.
- You ensure an up-to-date presence of the ecosystems owned in our department & you challenge the ecosystems owned on the business side.
- You assure the paid media strategy on a day-to-day basis and on specific campaigns with the Media agency.
- You will ensure coordination with Press & PR on relevant topics when required.
- You are responsible for defining KPIs and providing reporting on all channels
- You'll help with the copywriting for NL content on activations & campaigns and will help for special campaigns.
- You keep track of benchmark & inspirational pages for relevant content for all stakeholders.
- You own the relationships with internal stakeholders such as our internal studio, the media agency for the promotion of our D2D content, etc.

Community manager for at least 3-5 years

Analytics, visuals' research on DB
