Senior Communications Coordinator - Internal/Service Centre/Social Media

PTS is working on behalf of a leading global investment bank. Our client is currently seeking to hire a Senior Internal Communications Coordinator who will manage the overall delivery of communications strategy and implementation. You will be required to oversee the communications team in regards to all call communication at varying levels in the EMEA Service Centres.

Those with demonstrable project management and stakeholder management experience, with excellent communication and creative skills who consider themselves to be an enthusiastic and creative team leader are encouraged to apply for this position.

Role responsibilities for the Communications Team include

- Produce and distribute process changes and internal news content using various media
- Identify potential internal news stories, conduct interviews, research and write stories for internal magazine
- Edit daily news stories and other content for internal publications and reports  
- Be an adept project manager in the delivery of small scale operational projects across various service lines whilst delivering an excellent level of service
- Act as the point of contact between Creative Services and the Internal Communication team
- Work with the Management Team to organise townhall meetings and teleconferences for different stakeholder groups
- Develop well designed and appealing materials for leadership presentations and face to face activities

Qualifications

- Qualifications in communications/public relations/marketing
- Proven communication skills, both written and verbal, and advanced Microsoft skills eg Word and Powerpoint
- Experience with Photoshop desired and a creative and innovative approach
