Senior Communications and Compliance Officer

My client, a large public sector organisation, is currently looking for a strategic communications and compliance officer to join their team. The contract will be running until 30/09/2014 paying up to £295/day.

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver individual communication strategies to improve the businesses' compliance with consumer and competition law
- Working closely with key stakeholders, ensuring that colleagues are aware and engaged with corporate initiatives.
- Managing a range of internal communications channels.
- Managing key internal staff events.
- Developing new and innovative ways of communicating departmental changes and developments to staff members.

Experience required:
- Line management experience
- Complex project management experience
- Experience in; designing strategies, producing submissions, cost effectiveness, analysis of communications

Central government of public sector experience would be beneficial.
