Senior Commercial Manager

Senior Commercial Manager required by leading telecommunications company on a long term bases in either Hong Kong or Singapore.

Responsible for commercial management of international submarine cable project, including:

-On project bidding or negotiation phase, commercial SOC comply & clarification for bidding, commercial support for sales exploitment, and contract signing model suggestion.
-On contract negotiation phase, make the contract negotiation strategy, and lead the team to negotiate with customer and organise to sign the contract.
-Project delivery phase, responsible for the commercial management for project delivery, project variation management, etc.

Requirement for candidates:

High-level commercial management talent from Hong Kong or Singapore have commercial work experience in our competitor company or operation company in submarine cable field, with background of law or tax in priority.

- Experience: More than 5 years of commercial management experience in international submarine cable projects.
- Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in International project management, legal, tax and other related professional
- Qualifications: Much commercial management experience in submarine cable project bidding contract negotiation and service delivery.
