Senior Commercial Lawyer

This leading and cutting edge telecommunications company has an urgent requirement for a Legal Counsel to join the In-House team, working within Commercial and IT. areas.

As a Senior Lawyer you will be leading major joint venture projects such as insourcing, outsourcing, procurement and contract novation. You will be required to provide high level legal advice and lead commercial projects. A background in Commercial Law is essential with some experience in Litigation.
As the ideal Senior Lawyer you must have the following key skills:
* 4-6 years PQE with a good amount of UK experience
* Must have experience working in Commercial Law, and been heavily involved with joint ventures, procurement and contract novation.
* Commercial Litigation experience preferable
* In-House experience, ideally with Telecommunications or blue chip IT.
