Our client is a leading international mobile communications business currently looking for an experienced Commercial Contracts Manager (Contract Lead negotiator)

Project Outline
The role owner manages the negotiations of one or more Global Procurement Agreements for terminals businesses

Skills:
- Senior commercial skills on negotiating complex framework contracts which reflect annual purchase value of approx. 3 bn Euro
- Excellent skills to unlock blocked situations with creativity and perseverance
- Good communication skills combined with an understanding of local operational issues, ability to jump from helicopter view to operational detail (and back) depending on situation/audience
- Experience with complex stakeholder management in an international environment
- Innovative thinker with a personal passion for negotiation
- High-level numerical analysis skills and ability to draw and provide clear conclusions and recommendations
- Nice to have is experience in the telecommunications industry
