- Develop target image and process design for technical content management and modularization of content, structures, layouts etc. (text and images, customer and internal publications and documentation)
- Support tool/ vendor selection: Content management and technical documentation tools/ systems, incl. interfaces required - requirements, tool selection, prototyping
- Support Proof-of-Concept/ Prototyping
- Process design and implementation (authoring and management)
- Design of standardization potential/ structures and hierarchies in documentation (content, standard tool functionality, technical standards/ formats)
- Bring in knowledge on requirements to structure, layout, classification
- Training of technical writers
- Knowledge on standards in market and formal requirements (e.g. legal), industry standards
- Knowledge on technical guidelines to be considered
- Ideally: Knowledge on content management solutions (available vendors/ tools) and strengths/ weaknesses
- Knowledge on migration concepts/ approaches is an advantage
- English business fluent (project language), German is nice-to-have
- Willing to travel (Nuremberg/Berlin/Düsseldorf)
