Hands-on, extensive experience with CMDB (Configuration Management Database) design, management and configuration along with technical proficiency in SCCM required. You will need to possess a solid understanding of data models and relationships and be able to apply business logic to multiple datasets, performing complex analysis to assess the maturity of data management for our client. In this role, you will work with internal and client teams to identify root causes, correct identified issues, and recommend process improvements to maintain data integrity. You must be a self-starter who can manage, advise, and lead efforts to optimize the clients CMBD. You will need to possess strong technical skills and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects. Experience with the ServiceNow ITSM application and asset management experience is highly desired.
