Senior Clinical Study Manager Job

Yoh has a long-term contract opportunity for a SENIOR CLINICAL STUDY MANAGER to join our client, a global pharmaceutical company in Woodcliff Lake, NJ

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Senior Clinical Study Manager will be accountable for the overall management of all assigned clinical studies, in accordance to SOP's and act as a mentor for study managers
- The Senior Clinical Study Manager will also lead study team and be accountable for all study milestones.
- Take an active role in oversight of central monitoring activities and coordinate between clinical operations, data management and statistics to manage study risks
- Monitor studies against defined milestones and timelines to assure that all deliverables are met
- Facilitate the development and implementation of remedial activities when necessary.
- Lead an expanded study team meeting to review study status using PowerPoint presentations and WebEx technology
- Identify and select high-quality clinical vendors in conjunction with the appropriate team members by interviewing and assessing a vendor's skill set
- Collaborate with other functional teams to coordinate the development and finalization of key study documents including protocols, case report forms, informed consent documents, study management plans and final clinical study reports
- Communicate successfully with the Principle Investigators, Study Coordinators, and CROs

Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant scientific discipline
- Minimum of 10 plus years experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a clinical study or trial management role
- Experience managing Oncology trials, Phase I-IV
- Experience using EDC Platform (Inform)
- Significant knowledge of overall clinical drug development and general clinical research operations in Big Pharmaceutical.
